Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for Drop-Ship Products – This fee is waived for any Inventory or “Local Pickup” Products (Products we stock at our warehouse in Bow, NH). An envelope drop slot must be installed with box! Pull-down tray protects envelopes and provides a convenient place to fill out envelope, but it does not store them. Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is resulting from an error on our part.
